The main interventions include the planting of two planters at the entrance with automatic irrigation system, the creation of a central planter to the inner courtyard with a combination of common boxwood and coloured plants, and the planting of a main planter with an imposing palm tree as a central element.

Implementation of automatic irrigation system to ensure optimal plant maintenance.
- Central Planter in the Interior Courtyard:
Creation of a central planter to the interior courtyard, fusing common boxwood with colourful plants to achieve a vibrant and balanced look.
Selection of plants that offer seasonal flowering to maintain year round appeal.
- Main Planter with Imposing Palm Tree:
Planting of a main planter surrounding the large palm tree as a central feature, creating a majestic focal point.
